How many people are on a team?
Teams run 2 to 4 players. Bring your whole crew, or show up with just one friend. Either way, you're playing.
Is the ticket price per person or per team?
Per person. One ticket gets you one seat at the table, whether you're rolling solo or bringing a full squad of 4.
What if I show up alone?
Come solo and we'll pair you up with other players before the first round starts. Half the room usually walks in without a team.
Do I need to already know a lot of trivia?
Not even a little. Every show is built to be work-outable, so clues, patterns and teamwork get you there, not memorised facts. Beginners regularly beat the regulars.
Is this only for hardcore quiz people?
No hardcore quizzer energy required. Every show is designed to be beginner-friendly first, so first-timers and veterans play on the same footing.
How long does a show run?
Roughly 2 hours. Expect a warm-up round, the main rounds, a face-off between top teams, and a surprise twist near the end.
How are the rounds structured?
Honestly, you kind of have to play one to know. They're silly, they're fun, and the rules keep changing from show to show. That's part of the point.
What happens if my team doesn't win?
You're still part of the whole show. Every team has a role to play from start to finish, whether you're topping the leaderboard or not.
Are there prizes for anyone?
Sometimes we throw in a few fun goodies for winners. But don't come for the prizes. Come because you want a good time at a cozy trivia show that's one of a kind.
What's this about taking the show to Edinburgh Fringe?
The Edinburgh Festival Fringe is the world's largest arts festival, held every August in Edinburgh, where thousands of live shows run side by side for weeks. Saloni and Susovan want to build a tight, festival-ready version of Tasty Trivia and take it there in 2027. Every ticket you buy for a show right now goes straight into the fund that's making that happen.
